The following enhancement are made to Firescope Stratis:
Cherwell Integration > Select Service Group > Default Service Type to Create in Cherwell > now has Service as an option in the list. This feature has been added to provide backward compatibility for customer who have used this Service Type in the past. Note: We don't recommend using this option for customers who have not used this option in the past.
We have enhanced the Affected Services information, by adding a new page which provides more information about each Affected Service. When you click on Affected Services link on the Risk Analysis Card you will be directed to a new page that displays information about Affected Services for the Service Group. Information about each Affected Service is displayed on an individual card. For e.g. If the Service Group has 2 Affected Services then there will be 2 Affected Services cards displayed.
Each card has the following information:
Name of the Affected Service: Clicking on the name of the Affected Service will direct you to the Service Group form for this Affected service.Dependency Map: Directs you to the Dependency Editor Maps view page(link to this page)Dependency List: Directs you to the Dependency Editor List view page(link to this page)Shared Configuration Items: This is the number of Configuration items shared by the Service Group and Affected Services. Right below the number there is list of shared Configuration items along with the name(description), IP address and DNS.
